Be it career, personal & social lifes....<br /><br />In life we have to make a lot of decisions...<br /><br />But sometimes we do make the wrong decision...<br /><br />And regretting it soon after we made the decision....<br /><br />But we human are given brain to think, to analyse...<br /><br />But most of the time... we tend to make decision following our feelings more than our heads...<br /><br />I'm sick of my life.... sick of trying to live my life the way i don want it to be...<br /><br />But yet, my hands are totally tied together so much so dat there's nothing much i can do abt it.<br /><br /><br />I miss my childhood times... where we don have to think a lot... no worries.. always happy...<br /><br />Enjoying every day dat passes.. I'm Back!!!Riteeee... after soo long i decided to enter the blogging world again...<br /><br />Partly due to the overwhelming emotions dat hv been supressed too much deep inside<br /><br /> it no longers has any more space left....<br /><br />Sad to say.. i've lost touch in blogging alrdy.. Hahaha... n thanks to my sis for setting this pretty blog for me...<br /><br />Its sooo my taste n to my liking.. Thanks hor nana.. u reallly noe me oh so well!!<br /><br /><br /><br />Life for me so far has been full of ups n downs...<br /><br />Just recently my hospital has completed the JCI Audit... and thank god we passed & obtain our re-certification...<br /><br />Was quite proud of myself as i was being questioned & audited and also had to do a case presentation in front of the Auditors from U.K.<br /><br />oh my was i not nervous at dat time.. i tot i almost pee-ed in my pants. It was like a press conference with many of the top management present.. and also the official photographer.. Hahaha... but lucky i managed to do it calmly... Phew!!<br /><br />As a nurse.. some things can really make u feel appreciated & have the satisfaction in the job..<br />but sometimes, a nurse is always so vulnerable to complains, cursing n swearing from patients n family.. being treated like a slave...<br /><br />I really don mind being treated like dat as long as at the end of the day, patient condition gets better n they appreciated our care to them... <br /><br />Recently some things happened dat makes me really sad... they (patient & family) was really super nice to u.. the way they talk to u like as if u r the best nurse, and really satisfied with the nursing care we provide... even went to the extent of sending us buckets of cookies from well known shop in town with a thank u card attached to it..<br /><br />But days later they turn their back against us n lodge a complaint... i mean what is dat for????!!!<br />what's the point of doing the above thing but in the end u r not happy with the service we provide... i really can't understand these ppl.. like wat do they want from us??<br /><br />Dat left me to ponder on the fact dat as a nurse wat is really ur role?<br />Is it to provide GOOD NURSING CARE or PURELY GOOD SERVICE to the family???<br />Sad to say dat society nowadays would only be satisfied if only good service is rendered to them even though it compromised patient's care...<br /><br />Haizz... dat really brings down my enthusiasm n high spirits as a nurse... U do the very best 4 the patient but end up not being appreciated for...
